On April 14 Council agenda there is a staff report providing a review of the Township service performance in 2024. It provides performance data on both the quality and value of the service being provided and the demand for that service. Versus performance in 2023 82% of the measures for quality and value show an improvement. And there has been a 77% increase in service delivery.
Of particular value, I think, is the section starting on page 6 where the various measures are grouped and you can see which specific actions are being tracked and measured. The categories are as follows; I have noted one of the measures in that category for interest.
Planning Growing King house permits issued on time
Keeping King Safe by law cases action and mitigate it
Maintaining King potholes completed within Standard Time
Serving King visits to the libraries
Greening King planting trees and shrubs
Governing King execution of bylaws
As always deputations can be made. To do so please register at clerks@king.ca by noon on April 14 or If you prefer you can e-mail your comments to clerks@king.ca and they will be distributed to Council members and appropriate staff.
