Budget consultations have started. There are several ways to provide feedback, ask questions:  attend the open house Wednesday, Nov. 15 at the Municipal Centre, attend the Council meetings when budget is on the agenda, contact the Treasurer.  See details here.  To clarify:  the Nov. 15 session is NOT presentations; its your chance to ask questions directly to the Staff; there will be representatives from each Division there.

Here is budget. It is a big book; includes more than the budget itself as it provides a review of the strategic priorities of each divisions, accomplishments in 2023.  Also starting at page 310 recommended user fees are listed and at page 355 there is supplementary info and a glossary.
