On Tuesday June 17 Council agenda the timeline for the 2026 budget is presented. Key dates:  budget is posted on web October 31; public open house scheduled for November 12; budget included in Council agenda November 24.

There is new language in the report as the budget process is included in strong mayor powers which was reviewed at an earlier council meeting.. Under those powers the Mayor has asked the treasurer to commence the process.
