The Council agenda for Tuesday, June 17 (note:not Monday) Includes a staff report recommending approval of a zoning bylaw amendment  for 326 Main St.  The amendment facilitates the development of a six story apartment building with 91 apartment units and retains the existing heritage dwelling which will be repurposed for commercial uses. The report is lengthy with many attachments. To see the latter go to the Council agenda and scroll to 9.3.
