There is an open house of special interest to King City residents on Tuesday, May 7^th 6-9 PM at the King City library. 

• It is being hosted by the owners of land at the northwest corner of Dew Street and King Boulevard.  They have submitted an application for a development at this site; specifically they are proposing to build 12 semi-detached and 27 townhouse dwelling units. 

• The intent of the session is to provide information about the plans and to answer your questions. 

Following this session a Public Meeting will be scheduled to be held at a Council meeting.  This open house and the subsequent Public Meeting are required steps as a result of the developers making applications to amend the Official Plan and Zoning Bylaw and for draft plan of subdivision approval.
