Reminder:  the land owners (King City East Landowners) of the lands in southwest quadrant of 15th Sideroad and Dufferin are hosting an open house on Wednesday, March 2 6-8PM at the King City Library. As indicated on the open house invitation the area is zoned for low density residential development which means 3 units/hectare (1.2/acre.)  The developers propose to build a higher density of an average 7/hectare.
