The draft budget for 2023 is now available for review www.king.ca/budget or speaking.king.ca/2023-budget.

In addition to the numbers the budget book is very informative; reviews scope of the work and responsibility of each division and the goals and priorities for 2023.  The overview is pages 20 and 21.

Draft 2023 Operating and Capital Budgets will be available for review in-person January 17 6-8 PM at an Open House at the Municipal Centre.  Have your chance to review the budget, have your say, and ask questions of Township staff.

Draft 2023 Operating and Capital Budgets will be tabled for consideration by Council at the January 23 Council meeting.  And it will tabled for adoption by Council at the February 6 Council meeting; or it may be deferred until February 27.

You can ask questions or give comments to Council in several ways:  people can register to make deputations at all the above mentioned Council meetings  and/or email questions and comments at clerks@king.ca. Requests and emails should be submitted by noon of the day of the Council meeting.
