We have a real treasure in our Township and given the Strategic Plan for Cold Creek presented in the Staff report its evident that there are opportunities to leverage it much further.   Given the increase in users its evident that with right marketing and product mix King it is not unrealistic to aspire to Cold Creeks being a 5 star destination choice in the GTA.  I am pleased that there is a goal of financial sustainability i.e. revenues will fund it.  Given that many residents has chosen to live in King because of proximity to natural green spaces executing this strategy is critical.  If you are one of these residents I suggest you take the time to read through the strategy; content is exciting and its well written.
