On September 29  there is a report on Council agenda regarding an easement agreement at 365 Patricia Ave. This was a most unusual situation:  it was discovered that a 750mm storm water pipe outlet was located outside of an existing easement within the established subdivision. As reviewed in the report the discovery occurred when the current property owner demolished the house with an intent to build a new one; during the detailed planning for the latter the erroneously located stormwater pipe was discovered. Given what is provided in the report I am very satisfied with the resolution.
