On May 27 Council agenda there is a report recommending amendments to the current site alteration bylaw to allow enforcement of lot grading and stormwater management actions which has been approved by Development Services.  In truth it seems to me unbelievable that we did not have this enforcement capability before; hence I am glad that we are addressing it now.
