As has been announced, a transformation of the GO network is underway; specifically to have 15 minute electrified service.  In November Metrolinx is hosting community public meetings to provide updates.  For the Barrie rail corridor which includes King City station there are several meeting date choices:  Tuesday 11/22 in Newmarket, Wednesday 11/23 in Aurora and Thursday 11/24 in Woodbridge.  You can see specific venue detail here.  In all cases the meetings are from 6:30-9PM with a presentation scheduled at 7PM.
