A staff report on November 2 Council agenda reviews the work to be done to respond to the amendments in the Ombudsman Act and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA).  I am satisfied to see appropriate attention to ensuring that we are compliant with the amendments and that there is clearly an awareness to do so in the most cost effective manner possible.
