On February 6 agenda there is a progress report from EPW and Building Department on their accreditation initiative.  In my previous life in a large global corporation I participated in such programs (ISO9000)  and have seen the significant benefits achieved.  There is no question in my mind that there will be a higher service level achieved in the future.
