On Monday June 7th at the Council Planning meeting there will be three public meetings for three different applications.
- a Zoning bylaw amendment to permit a drive through restaurant at Tatton Court.
- Official plan amendment application and a Zoning bylaw application to facilitate the development of a lot south of Burns Blvd. in King city with access from Winter Rd.
- Official plan amendment application and a Zoning bylaw application to facilitate the development of land west of Dufferin just north of the railway track. The proposal is for a five story residential building and a townhouse block.
The staff reports for each of these projects will be published on the council agenda website on the Thursday before the meeting i.e. June 3rd. In the interim anyone who is interested can contact the planner who has the file as indicated on the reports I have included.
At these statutory public meetings the council does not make any decisions. Rather this is the opportunity for the public to learn more about the application and to register comments and/or points of concern.
