Monday, September 23 there is a Public Meeting at 6:00 which will be of interest to King City residents.  There is an application by the owner of the King City Market to redevelop 4 properties:  namely the Market property and 3 adjacent properties to the east on King Road.  This public meeting is the statutory one required by the Planning Act when there is an application for a zoning bylaw amendment.

This is an opportunity to hear what the plans are; if you wish you can make a deputation expressing your point of view or to identify questions you would like to have answered about the project.  As this is a public meeting you do not need to sign in at the Council chambers; you simply wait until the Chair, who will be the Mayor, asks whether anyone wishes to comment.
