Visible work is about to begin to build the new subdivision south of 15th Sideroad west of Keele.  On Council agenda for 11/16 there is a staff report reviewing the application by the Mattamy (Monarch), the developer, for a site alteration agreement.  With approval of this agreement earthworks can begin in preparation for installing servicing in 2016.  As indicated in the report there have been consultations with residents of the adjoining properties.
