As I have indicated previously there is a special Council meeting on Monday January 21 at 6 PM.   It will be held in the King City Arena.  The agenda will be the development application for Marys Lake Estates.  This is not a statutory public meeting.  As it will be run as a Committee of the Whole it is necessary for anyone wishing to make a deputation to sign in with the Secretary when you arrive.

Contrary to initial expectations, it is unlikely that Council will make a decision on January 21 as there will not be a Staff recommendation.  The latter has proven to be unfeasible as Staff is waiting for some final answers on technical issues.  What will be covered in the Staff report for 1/21 will be their assessment of compliance of the proposed subdivision to the King City Community Plan.
