On the May 29 Council agenda there is a report recommending approval of a zoning bylaw amendment to enable the opening of a podiatrist clinic. As indicated the zoning amendment is a site specific on with 13 possible commercial and office uses at the site although the intent at this point is for the podiatrist clinic. When I considered the application at the time of the public meeting I had no concerns; I continue to have none. I do have a couple questions about process when/if the property owner decides that they want to run different businsses there as permitted by site specific zoning bylaw. At time of writing this post a couple appendices are missing ; I have advised staff and I am sure that they will be uploaded later.
If you wish to make a deputation and/or provide your comments in an email you need to register (or send that email) by noon May 29 to clerks@king.ca. To clarify, to make a deputation you need to register whether you will do in person at the Municipal Centre or by phone. .
