There are new work process being implemented in Treasury.  I am very supportive of the objectives to increase transparency and to achieve efficiences without eliminating important chcks and validations.  One new process is a report to Council on procurement throughout 2020 for amounts over $50,000.  This report is one of several policies incorporated into a new procurement policy.  At time of writing I have not had time to adequately read the latter and comment; I suspect I will have some questions for Treasurer at Council meeting.
