On June 15 Council agenda there is a recommendation to include the property known as the Nobleton United Church at 6076 King Rd. to be included in the Municipal Heritage Register. As reviewed in the report the recommendation is based on its cultural heritage value. At this stage the recommendation is not for designation. The intent is for staff to undertake further research and evaluation. As indicated if there is not notice of objection by the Owner within 30 days the property will remain included on the Register.

Heritage Planning Staff have determined that the property may hold significant cultural heritage value and meets the criteria set out under the Ontario Heritage Act for the categories of design/physical, historical/associative and contextual value. Archival photos and map.
