On November 2 Council agenda there is an application for development  at south east corner of 15th SDRD/Hwy 27.  As evident from the report there is a alot of analysis yet to be done; questions & comments were identified at a developer hosted public information session 2 monts ago.    Given that we have declared a climate emergency and that wetlands are recognized as being a valuable mitigator of climate change I am particularly interested to understand how the  good sized wetland in the southwest corner of the site is protected.  To see all the attachments for the report go to agenda and see item 7.1.
