At May 8th Council there is the statutory public meeting for an application to amend the Nobleton Zoning By-law.  Yes….that by-law has been enacted very recently and already an amendment has been proposed.  As reviewed in the report, the application, if approved, will bring the subject property in line with the new zoning bylaw with a couple identified exceptions which I think are acceptable.   Here is the report.
