The February 24th council meeting is focused on the official plan update. If this is something you are interested in and or have participated in some manner I encourage you to call attend or watch the live stream. There are two separate agenda items.  For each one there will be a presentation at the beginning.  In agenda 8.1 Council is not being asked, at this point to approve or make final decisions on the various issues but Council is being asked to endorse numerous forecasts (e.g. population target for 2051, employment lands required through to 2051, intensification rates, boundary expansion investigations.) In agenda 8.2  Council is asked to direct Staff to finalize the discussion papers

Each of them have numerous appendices; to access them please go to the council agenda and Scroll down to the appropriate agenda item.   If you have not done the survey about the OP Amendment please do so. Such can be done until February 28. It can be found at speaking.king.ca; scroll down.
