On June 15 council agenda there is a report recommending that the Director of Public Works should be authorized to execute a pre servicing agreement for the development at 66 Main St. once there is approval of the stage 4 archaeological assessment. From reading the report I understand that there is the possibility that the current sanitary system may not have the capacity to service this new development but the owner has prepared designs to address the constraint if indeed the constraint is confirmed. On the assumption that this design has been approved I am comfortable with the recommendation.
