On Council agenda there is report recommending the enactment of a By-law to rezone the lands where the Township Office is currently located.  As reviewed in earlier posts, this change sets the stage for Township to sell the property which in turn will be a significant source of funding for the new Town Hall.  The report addresses correctly questions raised about a couple issues raised at the public meeting including   maintenance & enhancement of the current landscape buffer, remediation of the site, front yard setback.
