The Indigenous Action Committee, King Heritage & Culture Centre, and the Township of King present the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation & Orange Shirt Day Gathering.

• Come  for a meaningful concert featuring Indigenous musicians, speakers, and drummers, as we gather in community for truth, reconciliation, and healing.
• Learn about the diverse stories, experiences, and histories of Indigenous peoples through the King Heritage & Cultural Centre’s Indigenous artifact collection, connect with the Indigenous Medicine Garden, and reflect at the new Truth & Reconciliation Mural.
• Participate in family-friendly crafts and help grow our community’s living installation—paint a rock and add it to the Indigenous Medicine Garden as a symbol of healing, resilience, reconnecting with the Land.
