On June 1 Council agenda there is a report recommending denial of a sign variance request at Vivo Avanti (2124 King Road).  The report provides good background as to why we have a sign by law dating from 2018-03 and why we do not want to deviate from this. I am supportive of the denial as approval would undermine the integrity and consistent application of the law sign bylaw.
