Here is a staff report recommending approval of site plan for MOVE assuming satisfactory resolution of several issues.  As I have expressed earlier I am very pleased with the significant ecological footprint of this project versus previous use.  In reading the report I am disappointed to see confirmation that York
Region does not support a traffic light at the site.
