On May 29 Council agenda there is a report for amending a bylaw to enable the installation of new stop signs.  Of particular interest to Ward 5 residents is the installation of all way stop signs at Burns & Station Road and Burns & Robert Berry Crescent.  These signs are part of a more comprehensive traffic calming strategy for the area of streets in the GO Station area. The full strategy will be implemented this summer.  The need for this initiative was one of the hot topics in the 2022 election although the request for traffic calming  has been requested for quite some time.
