On September 15 council agenda there is a report requesting approval of a single source request for the clean out of two ponds by Toronto Rregion Conservation Authority. Given all of the background provided in the report I am very supportive of the recommendation. As indicated in the report the cost to clean out these two ponds is $1 million; I am going to ask staff a couple questions about the cost of storm water management and how we budget for it.
