On September 29  there is a report on Council agenda recommending some lands in Nobleton be declared surplus and that they be disposed. The report includes a review of the process for disposing municipal lands after being declared surplus:  it begins with obtaining appraisals  and ends with negotiations by the Director of Community Services in consultation with the Township solicitor.
