The OMB hearing on the Mary Lake Estates development application did begin as scheduled on April 15^th.   As negotiations, consistent with the resolution passed by Council on March 25, were still active the session was very brief and concluded with decision to reconvene April 18^th.   In the period before the 18^th negotiations were completed and the OMB was advised that things were progressing to settlement but that it would take some days to complete the paperwork; accordingly all parties agreed to reconvene on Thursday April 25^th at 10:30.  In the interim Staff will be working with proponent to complete the draft plan of subdivision, the conditions of draft approval and the zoning bylaw.
