On the April11 Council agenda there is a staff report about progress on whistle cessation.  There has been excellent progress.  But I am dismayed to read that it is not going to be completed until end of 2023.  It had been my  impression that it would be implemented much sooner and have communicated such to my constituents and others.  I will be following up on Tuesday to find out what has happened.
