On 5/28 Council agenda there was a Staff Report for the Township to assume ownership of the public works in the 1^st phase of the Valley King Development.  2^nd phase will continue to belong to the developer until they have fulfilled all conditions including a 2 year maintenance period.  2^nd phase includes streets bordering the former school block, Hogan’s Court and the trails.  In phase 1 there is some outstanding work including tree replacement which is yet to be done.
