2023 Water and Wastewater Rates Report will be presented at January 9 Council and the By-law will be considered by Council for adoption.  The proposed 2023 water and wastewater increase combined is 3.41% for the variable rate and no increase is proposed for the fixed component to the rate
On the blended total rate for water and wastewater services, it’s estimated at an annual increase of $40.50 based on the average usage (or 2.42%) over 2022. Frankly, I think we are very fortunate to be seeing such a modest increase for a commodity that is so precious given the inflation we are seeing generally.  To register to make a deputation or to send in comments to Council contact clerks@king.ca
