On June 15 Council agenda there are two reports, each reviewing proposed Municipal Capital  Facility Agreements.  One with ORCA (the developer building Mansions of King)  whose voluntary contribution of $6.3 million  will be directed to the Township Wide Recreation Centre.  The other is with Tribute for a voluntary contribution of $1.3 million which will be directed to community revitalization projects in Nobleton.  As reviewed signing authority is being delegated to Staff in accordance with approved principles.  If you wish to make a deputation and/or provide your comments in an email you need to register (or send that email) by noon June 12 to clerks@king.ca.  .
