At a June 10 working session of the COW there will be a presentation by Planning Staff on Committee of Adjustment (CofA),  Function and Process.  

This session has been triggered by questions from Council members about the process.  e.g. Why do applications for all minor variances and all severances are determined by CofA . e.g. Why does Planning Staff provide reports to the CofA for some applications but not all.  E.g. Should applications for consents (i.e. severances) be heard at Council? 

As it is a working session the public is able to attend to listen but cannot ask questions.  The presentation is a general information session. 

The working session begins at 5 PM.
