Community Gardens are emerging as a new trend.

• Its a different venue for interacting with neighbours and the broader community.

• Its a place to grow your own vegetables. Even if you have your own backyard you may still find it exciting to do so in a community garden.

The workshop is free. It is being hosted by our own Parks, Recreation & Culture and the York Region Food Network.  Here is the poster for the workshop.
