On April 29 Council agenda there is the annual report of progress on the actions in the Corporate Strategic Plan.  By reporting on all the actions one can see whether goals are going to be achieved in the four priority areas;  a greener future, sustainable asset management, complete communities, service excellence.

Staff have provided a couple methods for understanding the progress and to see what actions are being targeted to make a difference in the four priority areas identified above.

• There is the staff report.
• There is a PDF.
• But I think the newly developed online digital dashboard is a significant change in communication to citizens about progress towards meeting the goals of the four year corporate strategic plan.   The dashboard allows viewers to navigate into any priority area and review all actions undertaken, the 2024 year-end status and percentage complete for each key result.
