On the September 28 Council agenda there is a request that Council enact a bylaw to restrict on street parking on both sides of Denison St. between Valley Crest Drive and Keele St.  The report on the bylaw and the bylaw itself were on the September 14th agenda and was deferred to September 28. This restriction was incorporated into the site plan; i.e. the decision has been made.
