A Draft Zoning By-law for the Countryside has been released for the rural areas of King Township i.e. the Countryside, Hamlets as well as the Nobleton Village Reserve Lands. A Zoning By-law regulates the types of land uses and the character, height, location, size and massing of buildings for all lands in the community.   To learn more about the process to date visit speaking.king.ca. Two virtual 90 minute meetings have been held to present the bylaw and to respond to questions.  If you missed attending you can view the recordings at speaking.king.ca. If you have feedback and comments submit such by Aug. 17 so that it can be incorporated into the final bylaw.  The latter will likely be brought to Council for approval in fall 2021.
