When I started this blog my commitment to myself & to my readers was that I would share “the good, the bad and the ugly.”  This post is both bad and ugly.   There is a  report on Council agenda for giving a contract for emergency repairs of a road; much to my shock it is not for Collard, Winter and Scott but for 10th concession.  Funding for Collard, Winter and Scott was approved June 22nd as the roads are in terrible condition; in same report 10th concession was also identified as requiring repairs.  As there is not another Council meeting until 11/17 I cannot imagine how these roads are going to be repaired before winter.  When I know more I will communicate.
