On Jan. 11 Council agenda there is a report recommending extension of the lease with Seneca college for the lands where our new recrecation facility will be built.  As reviewed in the report extension from 60 to 99 years is advantageous in taht provides more certainty as to our ability to manage effectively the infrastructure (i.e. pool, ice pad(s), other amenities) we will be building there.
