www.king.ca has a new look and new functionality! The new site has been optimized for faster surfing; searching and has been designed and developed within the Web Accessibility Standards of Canada.

Check out the on-line services. You can sign up to receive notices of topics which interest you. (e.g. notice of severe weather, meetings on budget 2014).

Our new mobile app will also be available within the next couple of weeks (awaiting approval from Apple). The app will be available for Apple and Android smartphones and provide our residents the ability of taking photos of potholes, etc. then with a touch of an icon submit into our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. This can be done anonymously or with a membership account. The photo will provide the GPS coordinates of the issue for a faster response. The app will also have the 2014 Waste Calendar with capability of adding reminders, news and alert feeds.

The launch of our new site is a “soft launch”, meaning Staff will be continuously improving the look and feel of the pages over the next several weeks. If you have suggestions please pass them on.
