On July 8 Council agenda there is a report recommending parking restrictions, specifically “no parking” on 3 street segments 2 of the 3 are in Nobleton; and 1 is the 15th Sideroad west of Keele.  The latter has been triggered by complaints as to parking behavior during the busy soccer season on the Villa Nova fields.  Despite the fact that there is a parking lot off the 15th on the north side drivers park on both sides of the 15th creating a serious risk.
