At July 8 Council meeting there is a public meeting for an application to build 25 townhouses on Tatton Court (north of King Ridge shopping complex, west of Dufferin). Here is the report.  To my mind the critical issue here is noise attenuation:  both Alpa Lumber and the Metrolinx rail corridor are to the north of this site.  Its evident from the report that the right experts are involved to assess this issue carefully.  As this is a public meeting this is the opportunity for anyone to express concerns and questions to the Council; it is not necessary to register at the Clerk’s desk.
