On the November 29 council agenda there is a report recommending to place under site plan control a lot in Laskay that was created by a severance. The latter was approved by council in February 2021. Purpose of the site plan control is to allow for a detailed review of future development on the lot. As reviewed in the February report the intended project is complex so it makes good sense to add this alyer of scrutiny.
