On Council June 10 agenda there is a report recommending approval for a site plan application. The development application was approved in May 2016 but execution did not proceed; new property owner has now submitted a revised application similar to the original.  The report indicates that there has been attention to landscaping and screening; this is particularly important as there will be some outdoor storage as the application is subject to the previous Schomberg zoning bylaw.  Good to see new business coming to town!
