On April 13 Council agenda there is a report providing the annual progress report on the corporate strategic plan. This report reviews the progress in year 3 of this 4th year program. This  plan keeps the municipality focussed and aligns efforts to make significant advancements on actions that are above and beyond the day to-day course of business/service delivery. There will be a presentation of this report.   To read the details as to specific actions done etc  you can also look at the booklet  or you can access the interactive dashboard which has been recently relaunched.  This is a challengine report; at time of writing I am still working my way through it.
