I know that daily living in King Station community is less pleasant these days due to congestion on parts of Burns Blvd. and Station Road.  It is truly unfortunate that one of the Metrolinx parking lots for the GO station is not available for parking; but the end result of that project will be an significantly improved parking lot for train commuters.  And I know that the amount of construction traffic seems only worse as the roads are congested.  Our Bylaw Staff is frequently on site trying to minimize problems; and we have requested Valley King to direct their construction trucks to using the King Road entrance.  None of this is going to resolve the issue.  Patience is very much needed. Metrolinx project schedule is to be completed by end of October.
